WE ARE PROMOTING THE FOLLOWING RADIO
SERIES AND PROGRAMMES (in the moment):
- Ute Lemper's Cabaret Hour. The known cabaret star hosts a selection of music
from across the ways: French and German classic composers, chanson
singers, Paris jazz and classic songs, including her very personal
story behind the musical "Chicago".
- My personal choice. A series of 6 shows each compiled as an show
business / arts magazine for radio with star presenters such
as Phil Collins, Rod Stewart, Peter Weck, Tim Rice or Sir Paul
Mc Cartney. They present their very own choice of music including
the stories behind what connects them with it. Music from a surprisingly
vast range of styles. Phil Collins about improvised music (some
call it jazz) with a afro-latin influence, Rod Stewart about
his relation with classic American songbook, Peter Weck (the
former head and producer of the Viennese Musical Theatres and
initiator of Webber/Mackintosh shows on the continent) about
his pop singing career in the 50s, Tim Rice about cricket
- Globetrotting with Dana Gillespie. Dana Gillespie, the original Maria Magdalena
from "Jesus Christ Super Star" presents our World Music
magazine. We are continuing this ceased series from German SFB/WDR
and Austrian public broadcaster ORF. The concept has been rewritten
in a magazine style with interviews and news and we are proud
to say that we are able to produce this show in English, Italian
and German. Dana Gillespie meanwhile is honourable Board Member
of the World Music Trust.
- Cantabile's Show Business. The famous singer quartet collects stories not
so well known and not on record anywhere - in their huge range
from the Comedian Harmonists to Tim Rice/Andrew Lloyd Webber
musicals.
- A Newsbeat in Showbusiness is available
for all private radio stations. Either in a weekly round up or
even daily "EXPRESS" package via telephone. This show
will come in a new fast changing 29 min format presenting cultural
event in the broadest sense whose popular approach for the new
audience and internet users.
- Gerhard Bronner's Film Music Magazine. Gerhard Bronner is the father of today's Editor
of the classic Vienna newspaper, The Standard, Oscar Bronner.
In his own place he is an established chanson singer, famous
in the late fifties, who presented for us a radio series called
"Music for Grown-Ups", comes back with his new series
focusing on news and background stories from the vast legacy
of film music. He sit for us in his Florida home.
- Host Wendt's Berlin Wehrmacht Hour. Jazz from the time of the Third Reich to nowadays
from the vast archive of former RIAS Berlin to the present. Retired
RIAS presenter Horst Wendt, who collaborated with the British
and American Allied Forces whilst the occupation of Berlin and
worked for RIAS 25 years, comes back with a interesting swing
show. Swing music from Frank Sinatra to the German Wehrmacht
Band. The story around "Ilse", an alias for a presenter,
who talked on-air to Glenn Miller in German (!) - and many other
rarities.
- UK & US TOP 40 records. Past and present hits in an compromised
style, not a run-down of numbers and hits. Including interviews,
rarities and the latest releases. All this comes to you in a
very special treatment.....
- Euroshowtime.
Songs from across Europe. The latest and the classics. Surprisingly
quality songs and music from the Netherlands, France, Italy,
Germany and even Turkey. There is more than the British-American
music market ! We not only bought the tradmark..........

Classics are based on our 24 years of experience in show business
in England, Continental Europe and the Americas ! We had several
very successful series - including a killer series of show business
news running for 25 years at the Bavarian State Radio in Munich
(Musicaltime/Showtime), nation-wide and via satellite all over
Europe - and a 2 year run in the German capital Berlin, which
attracted an audience of 30 per cent of listeners off the prime
time on a Sunday evening (Antennen-Gala/Euroshowtime)!
